Lead QA Engineer

(GMT+3) Moscow.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Head of Business Change, Head of Business Support, Business Analysts and Application Managers in VTBSE.
• Analyze requirements and demand for testing, test plans and schedules.
• Choose and set up testing tools.
• Design and execute tests.
• Identify and report bugs and issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Document test results and support release cycles.

Requirements

• 5 years +/- and more of practical experience in Quality Assurance Specialist role.
• Good managerial skills.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets and Universal Banking business domain is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Ability to handle separate tasks simultaneously.
• Sensibility regarding working in a multi-cultural international environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Bug tracking systems: JIRA is an advantage.
• DB skills: Basic knowledge for writing SQL queries.
• Programming skills: Ability to program in Python or Java is desirable.
• Ability to work in command, communicate with other people and teams.
• A good level of written and spoken English is required, as you will have communication with European offices of VTB Capital.
