Product Manager (Zing/Workout Experience)

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, OKRs, PRDs and roadmap of the workout experience.
• Partner with a cross-functional team of health & fitness experts, UX researchers, Data-Scientists, Engineers, and Designers to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions that will support the needs of our users and impact our goals / metrics.
• Gather customer needs and feedback through frequent research and testing.
• Prioritize new opportunities based on customer needs, business potential, and technical costs.
• Identify clear, measurable metrics to track the success of features and validate hypotheses.
• Work closely with content and production teams to enrich workout sessions with video and audio content.

Qualifications

• You have 3+ years of experience working as a product manager, with a track record of taking new consumer products to market.
• You can seamlessly switch from vision and strategy to execution. You can own a functional product area and develop a thoughtful roadmap, but can also pay attention to the details and lead a team to ship a polished product.
• You are experienced in making data-informed decisions (A/B testing and experimentation, user testing, data analysis, defining metrics).
• You have an ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
• You have strong personal organization and project management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English (C1+).
• You are comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple offices and timezones.
