Senior Project Manager (Marketplace Operations)

Responsibilities

• Build and refine project management mechanism including projects setup&exit, project tracking and review process, resources allocation etc.
• Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Timely follow and find projects bottlenecks and proactively address challenges to ensure projects are on track.
• Regularly conduct projects review meetings to track project performance and status.

Requirements

• Higher education (BSc, MSc is an advantage).
• 4+ years of experience in PMO roles (having an experience in tech organizations is an advantage).
• Strong English capabilities is a must.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Decision making, task prioritization and on time delivery capabilities, be detail oriented.
• Strive to know the business, spend time in the field with customers and a wide array of stakeholders.
• PMP Certification is an advantage;
• Previous work with scrum teams and understanding of Agile methodology is an advantage.
• Analytical background is an advantage.
