Data Analyst

Main focus

• Build data models and analytical frameworks for Marketing and LTV, which include automated dashboards, self-service analytics solutions and ad-hoc analyses.
• Standardise our analytical framework for Marketing.
• Own the Marketing data, metrics and business logic across companies.
• Perform analysis across a variety of data topics, but with more focus on SaaS metrics and LTV models.
• Deliver actionable insights about overall business performance, the marketing channel attribution and funnels, user acquisition costs to support strategy and business development.
• Auditing analytics in startups to maximize data quality and opportunities.
• Collect and translate business requirements into the data language.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards in Looker.
• Work closely with data engineers and other parties to work out data quality issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and a clear and concise writing style.

Qualification

• Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst.
• Data Modeling and ETL (DBT, Airflow experience is a plus).
• Excellent SQL skills (window functions, query optimization).
• Looker experience is a plus.
• Python: pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, IPython / Jupyter Data Visualisation: D3.js, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, GGplot (any of the above).
• Working experience with on-demand MPP databases (Redshift, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, etc.).
• Experience with tools like Fivetran, Stitch or similar (for marketing) is a plus.
