Product Manager (Zing/Health&Fitness Metrics)

What you will do

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, OKRs, PRDs and roadmap of Zing health & fitness metrics.
• Design and develop features that will translate users’ health & fitness data into meaningful metrics and insights.
• Partner with a cross-functional team of Health & Fitness Experts, UX Researchers, Data-Scientists, Engineers, and Designers to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions that will support the needs of our users and impact our goals / metrics.
• Prioritize new opportunities based on customer needs, business potential, and technical costs.
• Identify clear, measurable metrics to track the success of features and validate hypotheses.

Qualifications

• You have 3+ years of experience as a data-driven PM or in a related data analysis role. You’ve ideally worked with consumer-facing data and know how to leverage it for consumer and business impact.
• You can seamlessly switch from vision and strategy to execution, paying attention to the details and leading a team to ship a polished product.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and translate them into actionable insights and ultimately high-potential opportunities.
• You have the ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
• You have strong personal organization and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English (C1+).
• You are comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple offices and timezones.

Nice to have:

• Passion and experience driving digital health & fitness products are strongly preferred.
• Experience building Machine Learning powered or data products.
• Bachelor's degree in a Medical or Fitness related field.
• Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science related field.
