Junior Product Owner/Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Communicating with stakeholders and collecting requirements.
• Develop and track functional requirements for developers in terms of the particular business system.
• Develop the ideal workflows to be used.
• Provide functional and user acceptance testing
• Working closely with internal and external business and technical teams and evaluating how system changes will affect workflow, data, and reporting.
• Build and manage own Inventory/MRP implementation team.
• The document, communicate and manage changes that surface during implementation.
• Monitor and manage functional, schedule, and cost risks for the project.
• Identify key power uses who can be trained first and then train others.
• Develop accurate documentation of the Inventory and MRP modules of the system.

Expertise

• Advanced knowledge and expert understanding in finance, logistics, inventory, and overall MRP-related areas.
• Demonstrated excellent, in-depth, and hands-on knowledge of Finance/Inventory/ERP/MRP software and processes. Preferably with an understanding of the complexities of multi-currency, multi-site, and multi-organizational implementations.
• Some software engineering background is a plus.
• Implementation consultancy experience is a strong plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Analytical and measurement skills with the ability to understand customer data.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach is required.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to travel internationally 30-40%.
