Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish ongoing communication with stakeholders and development team to ensure complete understanding of goals, scope and timeline.
• Coordinate scope, priority and product requirements definition and negotiation.
• Perform detailed planning and estimation, getting team commitments.
• Monitor progress, control the team productivity and ensure delivery in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in complex software engineering projects.
• Strong capability to be hands-on in project management activities within the whole software development life cycle.
• Focus on business-value delivery, ability to give meaningful estimates, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional ability and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, upper-intermediate English.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional dedication to details.
• Responsible and proactive approach.
• Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent professional experience.
