Lead DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• You will lead the DevOps team of 4, working on-site in Bangkok office and help actively in DevOps adoption.
• To be an escalation contact for the on-call team. Troubleshooting and reasonable workarounds are for you self-evident but don't let you rest until a proper solution or improvement is at least planned and scheduled.
• Be open to travel domestic and international.
• Able to work without much guidance and documentation as good as possible.
• Ensure the team health and mentor individuals to achieve growth in the team. A good understanding of various system and software architectures is required.

‍Requirements:

• 7 years+ hands on Linux administration experience, (mostly Ubuntu).
• 5 years+ cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure etc, the team uses AWS).
• 5 years+ IaC and configuration management experience, the team uses Terraform and Ansible.
• 3 years+ CI/CD experience, GitLab CI but also a bit Jenkins.
• 2 years+ Kubernetes experience, the team uses EKS.
• 2 years+ MongoDB experience, self-hosted and a bit Atlas experience to run Node.js based applications‍.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Confident in giving training, workshops.
• Values good practices.
• SDLC knowledge.
