Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Engage with business users and stakeholders to establish product goals and priorities, accumulate and organize product requirements and knowledge base.
• Perform business and technical researches in order to choose the best ways to achieve product goals.
• Own the product backlog, manage the development process, being responsible for estimates and deadlines.
• Design simple user interfaces with the focus on user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of system analysis or product management experience, preferably in fintech or business process automation.
• Understanding of the product- and project- management principles.
• Strong capability to be hands-on in product planning, research and analysis using modern tools.
• Good understanding of modern technologies and architectures, preferably in fintech or systems integration.
• Basic knowledge of UX design principles and tools.
• Basic understanding of information security principles.
• Strong communication skills (upper-intermediate English).
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional dedication to details.
• Responsible and proactive approach.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
