Being established in 2015 as an R&D Division of the UK boutique wealth management company, they have built a digital infrastructure solution for the most complex industry – the financial sector. Soon after, however, they realised that Project Plato was too powerful to serve this industry alone. In 2020, Project Plato announced its expansion plans launching Project Plato Corporate solutions as an independent company for businesses across sectors and jurisdictions and onboarding new clients.

What are you going to do

Provide production-grade solution based on OpenID and OAuth to protect their projects installations.
Constantly work together with security team to detect any (even only hypotetical) threats and attacks to our systems.
In shortcoming future adopt SSI / DID / VC using DID-SIOP specification.

Who are they looking for

You know your way around web services.
You know and love OpenID and OAuth.
You are familiar with Golang.
You are familiar with Kubernetes Nginx-ingress-controller (or Nginx auth_request module).
You are familiar with Identity Provider concepts, systems and services (like KeyCloak, Auth0, Cognito, OneLogin, Okta, etc.).
You are familiar with or would like to learn AWS stack to support your solution (AWS ALB, AWS WAF, AWS API Gateway).
You are interested in WebSecurity and know the general typical problems.
You are a self-learner. You can analyze the code and documentation yourself, and you can ask questions when needed.
You are familiar with modern build systems (especially code generation), Unix-based operating systems, Docker/Kubernetes and cloud services.
You are passionate about quality and reliability. This is not a social media app startup, they deal with big money and strict regulations.
You are able to take honest and direct feedback and openly discuss the problems.
You are not afraid of complex problem domains.
Knowledge of frontend technologies is a plus.
