Senior / Lead Blockchain Engineer with Solidity

Revolut is on a mission to revolutionize finance and make money truly work for everyone. Joining them as a founding member of the blockchain engineering team, you’ll architect and develop innovative products that bridge the gap between the traditional banking world and DeFi ecosystems. You’ll also work directly with CTO and product leaders on a feature roadmap that enhances millions of consumers’ financial lives.

What you'll be doing:

• Design, code, test and employ blockchain solutions.
• Collaborate with auditors to guarantee code quality and security.
• Closely work with cross-functional teams on product development and integration of blockchain solutions into the existing company ecosystem.
• Suggest and develop features to improve and grow the product.
• Enhance technical knowledge of the team.
• Support and develop junior colleagues.

What you'll need:

• Fluency in Solidity or other similar smart contract languages.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in blockchain development.
• Experience in back-end development.
• Practical experience deploying smart contracts on the mainnets of major blockchains like Ethereum, Solana, Cardano, Binance Smart Chain, etc.
• Contribution to a crypto project with a large token market cap.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Java or similar programming languages, e.g., C#, Kotlin, Scala.
• STEM or liberal art degree from a tier-1 university.
• Degree/ practical experience in distributed systems with a deep understanding of consensus algorithms.
• Experience in FinTech.
