The Swiss-based tech startup WayRay is a game-changer in the field of automotive/augmented reality technologies. With offices around the world and $100 million of investment from the partners, they are seeking ambitious individuals to join their fast-growing team.
They are looking for a Recruiter to be a vital member of the HR department that improves their knowledge of the industry and time to hire.
As their team member, your primary task will be to keep tabs on talent pools and HR Analytics. This position is located in Russia (Moscow) and reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.
Sourcing for the best talents around the globe to join their Zurich and Moscow offices.
- Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
- Developing talent pipelines for the current and future hiring needs in different departments (Product, R&D, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Admin, etc.).
- Interaction with potential candidates via social media and professional networks.
- Maintaining and developing professional relationships by attending social groups and conferences or job fairs.
- Generating analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
- Creating and posting catchy and attractive recruitment ads on external job boards and social media channels, continually promoting our employer brand.
- Not less than three years’ experience in recruitment (tech recruitment experience is necessary), also they will be ready to consider Junior, who has been working in HR for a year.
- Deep understanding of the the modern recruitment tools.
- Strong knowledge of a variety of sourcing methods.
- Advanced English is a must, German is an advantage.
