• Distillery is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to participate in an American project: Large media platform unites creators and their fans offering them monthly membership.The project was launched in 2013 and now is supported by more than 6 million users.

Responsibilities

• Support of microservice platforms.
• Implementation of preventive and routine measures.
• Restoration of service performance.
• Providing clarifying information at the request of the developer.
• Consulting users on working with the software.
• Execution of releases.
• Documenting configuration changes.
• Interaction with third parties on technical issues.

Requirements

• Experience in IT process monitoring systems (Zabbix, SCOM, HP OpenView, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Knowledge of containerization technology (Docker, Runc) and platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes).
• Experience with ELK/EFK, Kibana setup.
• Understanding the design and operation of the JVM.
• Knowledge and skills in using basic bash commands.
• Experience in administering Kafka and/or RabbitMQ/AMQ.
• Knowledge of SQL, ability to write complex queries.
