We are looking for a key member of the engineering leadership team to build/lead our engineering teams and help us build great products. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, leading engineering teams and will be looked upon to set and deliver team OKRs.

Responsibilities
- Hire great engineers and coaching your direct reports to build high performance teams.
- Work with product managers, engineers and senior leadership to set and deliver team level OKRs and play a critical role in achieving organizational vision and mission.
- Create, implement and manage processes to improve productivity and predictability of the team.
- Manage performance of team members and conduct performance reviews.
- Work closely with the team members to improve their skills, grow their careers, and help them to achieve their personal and professional goals.
- Contribute to the engineering-wide initiatives.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 3+ years of engineering management experience.
- Experience creating, delivering and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale.
- Excellent people manager with a record of recruiting, managing, and retaining talent.
- Strong advocate for high code quality, test coverage, maintainability, and reliability.
- Data driven decision-making.
- Project management skills, including work estimation, prioritization, planning, tracking, and retrospectives.
- Solid understanding of technologies like Web Services, Microservices, Message Queues, Redis/Memcache, SQL, NoSQL, CI/CD etc.
