Tasks for the potential employee

• Create and improve fintech products for clients from all over the world, leading a team of developers, testers and DevOps.
• Provide each team member with tasks and a comfortable working atmosphere.
• Plan releases, estimate deadlines and strictly enforce them.

Key requirements

• You have been managing projects for at least 3 years and this is what really drives you.
• You are pathologically responsible and know how to accurately assess deadlines: if you commit on a certain date, then your team will complete everything on time.
• All your subordinates know exactly what and when to do it: there are no rush jobs, underutilization, inconsistency.
• You are proficient in modern project management methods and have a positive experience in implementing and/or setting up processes, confirmed by facts and figures.
• You know how to plan not for a couple of two-week sprints, but a quarter ahead.

It would be your advantage:

• You came to project management from development and are fluent in one or several programming languages.
• The team under your control created technically complex products, not sites from ready-made blocks.
• You led a remote or distributed team, and the lack of daily standing at the heart of the developers did not in any way reduce the effectiveness of their work.
