Digital Designer

Responsibilities

• Work from brief to optimize and adapt campaign material and asset production for multichannel marketing, including social advertising, email, editorial articles, mobile app placements, and display banners.
• Own the best practices for marketing and advertising channels, final asset delivery and ensure consistency within all channels.
• Work with their product, marketing, and internal teams to deliver the best solutions for their projects.
• Gather design references, create moodboards, scamps, storyboards and animatics to communicate ideas to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects, from concept through to completion.
• Work across multiple project deadlines.
• Work with both internal and external channel specialists and brand specialists on long term strategy.

Requirements

• Firm understanding of UX and know how to solve customer pains with good design.
• Organizational skills. You give realistic deadlines and deliver on time.
• Good communicator. You explain to stakeholders how your design helps solve their tasks. You present concepts and solutions clearly and effectively.
• Constantly inspired designer — motivating those around you through your passion and drive for what you do.
• You are excited by regularly coming up with new ideas, shipping new products and features that address users’ actual needs.
• When something doesn’t yield results, you continue exploration.
• Your aesthetics matches theirs. You want to do more and better of it, not less and different.
• At least 3+ years of experience working as visual/digital/creative designer and experience designing for marketing campaigns.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your marketing mindset. Make sure you showcase UX design solutions for digital products.
• Enough English skills to deliver and articulate your designs (some of your colleagues are native speakers. All your designs will be in English).
• Bonus: Having worked in international startups or tech-corp.
