Senior UI/UX Designer

About the job

• We are looking for Senior UX/UI Designer with 4-5 years of experience.
• CallPanda.com is a b2b cloud service development company in digital human resources. We provide remote hiring tools, deep psychological testing, training and a remote working environment. The company is registered in the United Arab Emirates; the contract is direct with the company (employment agreements).

Major Job Responsibilities

• Designing and prototyping the user interfaces of a web project and mobile application.
• Development of graphic and stylistic elements of interfaces (forms, infographics, typography).
• Carrying out all phases of visual design from design concept to final handover for development.
• Analyzing the results of implemented solutions.
• Collaboration with programming and layout teams.
• Creating layouts and clickable prototypes.
• Development and addition of UI-kit & Brand Book.
• Preparation of presentation materials within the project.

Basic requirements

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Good portfolio with completed projects (web-services, mobile applications) is a must.
• Knowledge of composition, typography.
• Formed taste, observation.
• Understanding of product principles.
• Ability to work remotely as part of a team.
• Creativity and autonomy.

It will be a plus:

• Knowledge of Sketch, Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of front-end web applications development (HTML5, CSS3, cross-browsing, adaptivity, etc.).
• English proficiency.
• Experience in product development.
