Responsibilities

• Establish and drive data science team aimed to reach high-level business goals.
• Build required infrastructure and tools in cooperation with peer teams.
• Establish communications and processes with stakeholders and peer teams.
• Improvement of existing algorithms and validation of business hypotheses.
• Establish ongoing research to define a pool of hypotheses to validate.
• Working with large and complex datasets, data mining, applying modern mathematical and statistical methods, time series analysis, analyzing academic literature.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in trading data analysis.
• Solid knowledge of statistical and machine learning fundamentals, algorithms and approaches.
• Hands on experience with modern machine learning tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
• Strategic thinking and ability to structure, plan, organize and execute team efforts as well as coordination with peer teams and business stakeholders.
• MS or PhD in math or technical field.
