Senior QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Given high-level business and technical requirements, discuss all the related details with development and trading teams, perform the whole range of test design and planning activities.
• Design architecture of environments for integration and performance testing in coordination with DevOps team.
• Implement automated integration, performance tests and testing tools using Python and Rust.
• Keep track of testing documentation and artifacts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in software quality assurance, preferably of high-performance/low-latency systems.
• Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies, approaches and tools.
• Understanding of computer systems and software architecture - x86 architecture, Linux operating system, networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, WebSocket), data structures and algorithms.
• Extensive experience with Python, basic knowledge of Rust.
• Hands-on experience with common SQL and no-SQL databases (ScyllaDB, ClickHouse).
• Experience with Docker, Bash.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, exceptional dedication to details.
• Strong communication skills (intermediate English).
• Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent professional experience.
