Senior Product Manager (AlgoDevs)

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, strategy and roadmap according to business goals.
• Perform market research, competitor analysis and customer development.
• Generate and validate product hypotheses. Define, build and evolve required analytics infrastructure and processes.
• Define required team structure, participate in the recruitment process.
• Own the product backlog, produce feature requirements, plan and control the implementation.
• Establish communication and processes within the team to coordinate analytical, UI/UX design, development, copywriting and localization efforts.
• Establish communications and processes with stakeholders, peer Senior Business Development Manager and peer teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably global B2C products in fintech, edtech, cloud computing or professional services.
• Solid track record of successfully launched products.
• Proficiency in the whole range of product management activities.
• Strong capability to be hands-on in product planning, research and analysis using modern tools.
• Understanding of modern technologies and architectures, preferably in algorithmic trading domain or cloud computing.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
• Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
• Strategic thinking, data-driven, proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
