Senior UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner with product design and engineering teams to iterate upon and improve the visual design of their platform.
• Create a range of deliverables, from high-fidelity UI, patterns, components, and icons to guidelines on usage. Experience with motion, transition and animation graphics is a plus.
• Bring iconography, typography, colour, visual hierarchy together to great, lovable user interfaces that people find welcoming and exciting to use.
• Formalize their design component library and help establish criteria to govern its use, adoption, and evolution.
• Serve as the design expert for Russian team.

Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of experience delivering scalable Visual and User Interface Designs.
• Have experience building comprehensive design systems from the beginning in Sketch + Zeplin and/or Figma.
• Enjoy delivering pixel-perfect user interfaces (UI) and components, including iconography sets, with an eye towards modularity and flexibility.
• Are a strong communicator with experience creating written documentation in English.
• Are open minded, engaged and an ambitious team player willing to share and learn.
• You’re good at receiving and providing feedback, always able to take a step back to try and see an issue from a different perspective.
