Product Manager

Your role

As a Product Manager of their Video Editor you will translate the needs of the users – which form their product vision – into product plans.

You are ultimately responsible for improving the Video Editor for their users by creating and managing a product roadmap, handling the execution, conducting permanent research, coordinating between designers, engineers, QAs, data analysts and management team.

Because of your work, Prequel’s Video Editor will solve even more problems for their users and make their content even more trendy.

Responsibilities

• Live in the minds of our users, understand their problems and needs.
• Systematically analyze user feedback and usage data.
• Conduct user research and usability tests (both alone and with help of their researches), understand technology and content trends which are affecting the rapidly changing visual and social media market.
• Plan and execute the product roadmap based on an objectively prioritized problems and opportunities in the market.
• Decompose complex problems and PRDs.
• Understand the needs of designers, engineers, data analysts and management while being the advocate of their users. Coordinate between all stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in digital product management positions in mobile.
• Experience in B2C is a must.
• Great problem-solving skills, self-organization and prioritization of tasks in an analytical manner.
• Analytical thinking and ability to identify and analyze your product metrics and follow up on them.
• Ability to compute a huge number of factors quickly, while maintaining a clear picture and solving problems systematically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Russian is a nice-to-have).
