Flutter Engineer

You will

• Continue developing mobile web application on Flutter for our early adopter users.
• Concentrate on developing for Flutter Web (Chrome + Safari browser support), later probably migrate to native platforms such as iOS and Android.
• Join the other Flutter Developer to form a team of Frontend Developers and build processes such as code quality, code reviews, deployment.
• Implement and maintain scalable solutions, ranging from rapid deployments for niche user bases to robust, high-performance systems catering to thousands of users.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers, to define and implement features.
• Proactively identify and address potential security and privacy concerns related to user applications, ensuring users' data and interactions are protected.

Expectations

• Deep knowledge of Flutter and Dart, its capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture.
• Version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines familiarity.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is nice to have.

Be a plus:

• Be enthusiastic about DS and stay up-to-date with SotA Machine Learning algorithms and developments.
• Be eager to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from them.
