Now they are looking for Scrum Master.

Requirements
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master in IT company.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English (experience in communication with foreign colleagues).
- Relevant Certifications (eg PSM, etc.).
- Understanding and proven experience of using backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, task definition, decision making, and the use of Jira and Confluence.
- Effective in driving cross-team challenges to conclusion/resolution.
- Understanding of Release Management.
- Understanding of git flow.
- Would be a plus- understanding of the iGaming industry.
Duties
- Support Scrum in frontend and backend team.
- Gather agile metrics and prepare reports.
- Improve processes across the company through retrospectives.
- Manage Release Process and coordinate deployments.
Nice to have:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing over CI/CD/Micro Services architecture/Containers.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with Nats.
- Experience with TypeScript.
